What are your return policies?

We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States.

Processing Time:

    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
    • Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

All items are shipped from our headquarter in Whitby, Ontario.

Order Tracking:

    • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
    • You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s website.

 Shipping Address:

    • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

 Customs and Duties:

    • For orders shipping to the US, any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be applied upon delivery.

 

What are your return policies?

All clearance and sale items are final sale. For all regular-price merchandise, refund policy is 15 days. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account).

Refund criteria:

    • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Items must be in original packaging.
    • Worn and/or laundered items cannot be returned.
    • Please note that shipping charges are non refundable.
